So let's imagine for a moment, you are Kamala (I am Kamala) and you have gotten offers to Duel Academia Main Branch, Duel Academia Queen's and Duel Academy Sanctuary.

Let's say you're a sensible person and don't want to go to Satan Island and end up a broken shell of a person.

Should you go to the Elite Girl's School or the Newly Formed Academy for Psychic Duelists.

And they note I should undergo a "3 to 4 month" accelerated coursework load to skip from 8th to 10th grade.

Where should I go, and should I do the crunch coursework?

Duel Academia Queen's

Pros:
- Elite Girl's School
- Mom's always wanted me to go to a nice school
- Fencing classes
- D-Wheel Program
- Rose Gardens
- I get to use St. Mary's classes to use (Even if I don't remember them clearly...)

Cons:
- No boys
- Pretty sure there will be girls with drill hair and Ohohoho laughs
- Upper class when I'm Nouveau Riche in energy and I might get bullied
- Destinee might be there, UGH

Duel Academia Sanctuary

Pros:
- Psychic Duelist School
- Boys might be there
- D-Wheel Program
- Probably good for Special Needs
- French language class

Cons:
- Less Elite, Lower Pedigree
- Untested School
- Probably going to have a conspiracy of using Psychics to begin a new world order and I'll end up in a spandex suit and laser vizor in a floating chair

Duel Academia (Main Branch):

Pros:
- Professor Garrett, Ms. Sadame and Mx. Shian are there
- Tech Program
- High Pedigree for Rich Families

Cons:
- Satan Island
- Satan Island
- Satan Island
- Satan Island
- Satan Island
- Access depends on an extremely vulnerable rail line (dunno if Torii gate's been added)
- Pretty sure the island is built on an Indian Burial Ground atop a pit to Hell and consecrated with the blood of a Dark God
- Seriously, all I hear is how people come out there traumatized.
- This worldline has no Mr. Xi
- Satan Island

Well, more if I attempted to do something like that, it would butterfly-effect and cause you to not exist, more likely than not.

Is it really that hard to get an exorcist to cleanse the place?

An exorcist? The problem you have with the island is not something an exorcist can handle.

Your emotions are centered on the point that your family was traumatized by their experiences at Duel Academy. I might not know what those experiences were, but I suspect they were less tied to the island itself, and more to the events surrounding those who attended at that time.

In short: the island itself isn't cursed. But the people attending might be, and they'll make it everyone else's problem, even unintentionally.
